Yilin Wen

About Me

I am currently working at Baidu as a natural language processing engineer, and my main research direction is LLM safety. I graduated from Central South University with a master’s degree, working with Prof. Biao Luo (CSU) and Prof. Tingwen Huang (TAMU) on reinforcement learning. I have the opportunity to work alongside Prof. Jimeng Sun at Sun Lab from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Additionary, I was an algorithm intership in Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd.

Research Interests

LLM safety. Retrieval argument generation, privacy protection.
Large language model + X. Chain-of-thought reasoning; LLM agent; code generation.
Knowledge reasoning and discovery. Enhance NLP tasks with KGs and LLMs; multimodal knowledge graph reasoning.
Controllable text generation. Modelling human preferences using RL in LLMs; self-correction of LLMs; safe RL.
AI in healthcare. Question & Answering; personalized recommendation; drug discovery.
